First Posting

Today I am posting the first version of A Building's Tale.  I am working on a world building project, and needed something a little specific and that spun out into this.

I'll say I'm not 100% on the "Neighborhood mechanic" for a solo experience, but I was also working under additional self imposed restrictions.  I think others might enjoy it so I left it as is.
